The 2008 Hoosier Job Fair is an opportunity for displaced workers or those looking for a new opportunity to meet with employers who are hiring. With the impending closure of Visteon in Bedford, many workers in southern Indiana will soon find themselves unemployed. However, there are also businesses expanding and opening in the area. Congressman Buyer and Representative Koch are co-hosting the job fair to help these people, as well as other job-hunting Hoosiers, to find jobs that match their skills with the needs of employers in the area. This Job Fair is open to any employer seeking to fill employment vacancies. There are NO FEES associated with this event!
