Lafayette, IN — Congressman Steve Buyer (IN-04) and his wife, Joni, announce the birth of their second Grandson, Braxton Lucas Appleton, who was born on Thursday, October 29, 2009.  Congressman Buyer and Joni were with their daughter, Colleen, and her husband, Rob, at Home Hospital in Lafayette for the birth of Braxton who was born at 9:07 a.m. Thursday morning.
